As part of this maintenance, the US Chicago 01 server will be automatically rebooted once to apply important security updates. While the maintenance window is one hour, the expected interruption to websites and services hosted on this server should be brief, typically around 2–5 minutes while the server restarts.
This maintenance is being carried out by our infrastructure provider to address a critical security vulnerability affecting the underlying virtualization platform. Due to the nature of the update, the maintenance window cannot be rescheduled, and the reboot must be performed by our infrastructure provider.
